  Jane “Masters” fitness competition

  

  Jane Holgate, Acting Head of PR for One, has recently returned from competing in the European Heats for the Crossfit Games, held in Halmstad, Sweden. Jane, who was competing in the Masters division, took part in three events which tested the competitor’s fitness, endurance and strength.
