The IPA website is audited by ABCe each year and, at our last audit in January 2009, we were certified as having 29,365 unique visitors per month and 215,750 page impressions. Representing and reaching out to the cream of UK advertising and with Britain being the worldwide creative hub for our industry, we are often asked about advertising opportunities on the main IPA site.

If you are interested in doing so we do have a facility called Ad Manager.

This advertising feature enables us to place place images against an item or series of items on the site. Clicking on the image sends traffic through to your chosen site.

We offer free residency on our site with a £1 per clickthrough payment. We have a minimum starter budget of £100.00 which can be purchased online and top ups of £100.00 can be made using the same mechanism.

So, for £100.00 you would be buying 100 clickthroughs, regardless of how long it took for those clickthroughs to take place. We have a reporting module in place, which we share with our advertising clients on a regular basis. This report tells you when your link has been clicked and from which pages on our site; it will also advise on whether you need to top up your Ad Manager budget.

If we approve your product or service and pass it for advertising on our site we would simply need an image of approximately 175*175 pixels and the site url you would like to link to. You would also be asked which sections or sectors you are wishing to target. Once you have paid online, your ad will go live.

The IPA reserves the right to refuse to make its online space available to external parties and to remove external advertising should it breach industry advertising guidelines. The IPA also cannot make any assurances as to the volume or frequency of clickthroughs you may receive from our site. Finally, the IPA cannot take responsibility for any external content that it does not own and bears no responsibility for the news or views expressed in it
