This year the IPA's HR Conference on Monday 6th September at the IPA will be bigger and better than ever by revealing the findings of the IPA's People Management Group research study into the Future of Work and exploring the implications. This report is produced in association with Working Families and Skillset and is the third in the IPA decade by decade series. 

The full day conference will offer a fantastic line up of inspirational speakers:

- Alison Maitland, co-author of Why Women Mean Business (Wiley), author of A Managers' Guide to Flexible Working (Equality and Human Rights Commission) and contributor to the Financial Times and other media.

- Liz Nottingham, Chair IPA People Management Group and HR Director, Starcom MediaVest Group, VivaKi Country Talent & Transformation Officer

- Sarah Jackson OBE, CEO, Working Families

- Stuart Woollard, Director of HRM Learning Board and Visiting Fellow, Kings College London

- Bojana Bellamy, Director of Data Privacy, Accenture

Speaker sessions will be interspersed with workshops addressing what people want from work and attendees will leave the conference with a clear insight into the 'Future of Work' and have the opportunity to take the full report back to the agency at a discounted price.

Coffee and pastries will be served at 8.30am for a 9am start. The conference will include a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day and will come to a close at approximately 4.30pm.
