This training course provide agencies with a cost effective way to create, manage and run internal training programmes.

Training for Trainers

Background

People who are great at presenting, coming up with strategies, are digital whizz kids or brilliant at selling creative work are often asked to deliver internal training.

This can be an immensely rewarding experience, however there are pitfalls.

Often new trainers are left to their own devices in creating these courses. Or they have to adapt an existing programme with which they are unfamiliar. Either way, this can become time consuming and affect the quality of the output.

However with tight budgets internal training may seem to be the only affordable option.

Objective

Provide agencies with a cost effective way to create, manage and run internal training programmes.

Approach

This new programme, which offers a 10% discount to IPA members , helps to make internal training a successful addition to the agency training strategy.

It shows experts:

  • How people learn,
  • Equips them with the tools, skills and confidence to become brilliant trainers on the topic of their choice,
  • They end up with a “training course in a box” ready to deliver to their agencies.

Train the Trainers gives the individual a new management skill, the agency a more professional approach to internal training and your staff some motivating internal training.

The course is run by Jon Leach at your own offices.
