Background information and virtual tour of rooms available for hire at the IPA

Situated in the heart of London in one of the Capital’s historic squares, the headquarters of the IPA offers members and other organisations a special and unusual venue for their meetings and events.

Beautiful meeting rooms are available to hire for half a day, a day or longer.

Our meeting rooms are fully air conditioned with fast internet access, DVD, VHS, Umatic, Betacam and Freeview TV, plus an excellent sound system. There are recording facilities and radio controlled microphones for simultaneous use

Member agencies are entitled to discounted rates on all room hire at the IPA

Our location in Belgrave Square is very central, with Hyde Park Corner, Victoria and Knightsbridge tube stations all within easy walking distance. There is ample all day parking and taxis are very easy to hire within the Square.

20% discount on rooms hired in July and August.
