Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Rich nuances of cassis and damson fruit combine with a smokey complexity on the palate. Smooth textured with a lingering finish of ripe cherries, a well balanced wine.

Purple ruby coloured with an intense nose of cassis, mocha and spice, the palate is medium bodied, rich with black fruits and spices with an elegant finish framed by ripe integrated tannins.

Now fully mature and from a great vintage, this has aromas of dried black fruits and cigar box, with a medium bodied, soft palate and an elegant expansive finish. Drinking superbly and from a great vintage.
