"I wanted to drop you a note though to say thank you so so much for all of your and your staff's work in hosting and support our celebration event last Thursday evening at IPA. It was perfect to hold the event at IPA and we couldn't have done that without the rooms being very kindly offered for free - we do appreciate that.
Also the service that we got from you and all of the staff on the day was brilliant. The food was fantastic given our tight budget and the serving staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thanks also has to go to Steve the technician for staying for the duration of the event when he was due to leave at 5.30 - I will pop a little something in shortly to say thank you to him.
But massive thank you to you too for your patience with us and all of your help in the run up and delivery of the event.
