- Big Achievers: Inspirational, motivational, personal interviews for today's account handler. Speakers included Richard Reed (founder of Innocent Smoothies) and Johnny Hornby (founding partner of CHI).

It will be structured around research from leading practitioners, drawn from both client and agency sides, operating on a brand within each segment and drawing on their experiences of how to optimize working relationships.
