IMS deliver several software tools to help users get full value from the Touchpoints data. We have a simple crosstab tool to analyse the Touchpoints self-completion database, with a specific module for easy analysis of the time diary. IMS has also developed a multi-media planning tool for the Touchpoints integrated planning database. IMS can also link proprietary data to the Touchpoints data - so that clients can produce multi-media plans using their own proprietary targets.

Telmar's programs are a “one stop shop” for the IPA TouchPoints Hub and Integrated databases. TNT+ allows the user to easily analyse ordinarily complicated diary data and in conjunction with PowerTel, 'Day in the Life' graphs and charts can be automatically created and used in PowerPoint, saving hours of time and effort. We have created summary codes and new reporting features to enable the user to navigate painlessly though the codebook and get the most out of the Hub data.
In addition, users wanting to branch into multi media planning turn to MediaPlanner+: a reach and frequency planning tool with which the user can for the first time create a cross media communication strategy IN ONE PROGRAM! Mediaplanner+ uses intelligent layouts with combined media screens that have jargon-busting headings to avoid confusion. A user can change targets and media selections at a touch of a button and quickly compare what each media contributes to the schedule in an easy to understand summary table
