This section gives training support on all aspects of TouchPoints.
Bespoke training sessions are available for TouchPoints subscribers. These sessions can be tailored to your own specific needs to reflect work you are currently doing with clients. These sessions are chargeable, please contact the IPA for more information (Rebecca Watson, tel 0207 201 9691, Rebecca@ipa.co.uk).

The sessions can be run jointly with the software bureaux to give a combination of background, methodology and use of the data alongside practical exercises using the software. This would give users an all round introduction to TouchPoints offering both theory and practice.  If training facilities are available on site then sessions can be run at the client site, otherwise sessions would be run at the bureaux offices to allow for hands on training.…
