44 Club: Silicon
Valley meets Silicon Roundabout
Learn from delegates of the recent IPA mission to Silicon Valley and hear about the latest developments from companies like Twitter, Zynga, Facebook, Disney and Warner Bros will affect the future of brand communications in our industry.
On the 7th of November 2011, fourteen IPA member agencies embarked on an inspirational study tour to Silicon Valley and Hollywood to meet the giants of media and technology. The delegation visited America’s largest search, social networking and creative tech companies including Google, LinkedIn, Adobe, Yelp and Twentieth Century Fox among others.
The aim of the mission was to appreciate, first hand, what makes the extraordinary West Coast creative technology cluster tick, and where it is heading and to contribute ideas and perspectives on its relevance to the future of our brand communications.
