IPA Cookie Law
Update Breakfast Seminar 2012
The new cookie Regulations came into force on the 26th May 2011. The Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”), which allowed a grace period of 12 months to enable organisations to get their houses in order, has issued new guidance on the Regulations which reiterates the need to take the Regulations seriously. From the end of May 2012, the ICO will focus regulatory efforts on those organsiations which wilfully flout the law.
