IPA Olympics Restrictions
Breakfast Seminar
There are tight controls in place aimed at preventing ambush marketing of the Games, in addition to traditional intellectual property rights protecting the logos, emblems and other insignia of the Games and its organisers. As a reminder of the restrictions, the IPA has arranged this breakfast seminar, to be presented by Lewis Silkin.
The London Olympics are nearly upon us. As explained in our updated Legal Guidance Note, businesses that are not official sponsors and which hope to take advantage of the Olympics to boost their profiles need to be wary.
Brinsley Dresden, Partner, Lewis Silkin LLP , is widely recognised as a leading UK advertising and marketing law expert, dealing with advertising regulation, disputes, clearance issues and advertising industry contracts.
