Something's wrong isn't it? You don't seem to be able to move forward but can't go back either; and yet you still haven't found what you were looking for.

Can’t log in?
Any log-in details you may have for our old site are no longer valid.
If this is the first time on the new IPA website you will need to register, either as someone who works at an IPA member agency, a non-member or a student.
You can create a new website account at the log in page
Forgotten your password?
If you have already registered on the new site but have forgotten your password, you can trigger the website to send you a new password by clicking the forgotten password link at the log in page
Can’t update Profile, Factfile or post a job?
If you are an IPA member who used to be able to post vacancies on Jobs Online, or update your Agency Profile or Graduate FactFile pages, please email web@ipa.co.uk asking to have your account updated with the appropriate permission.
Link not working?
If you came to the website through a page-specific link but are getting directed to the homepage, this is probably because the link refers to a page on the old site. If you know what you are looking for, please try our new and improved search facility. If you still can’t find what you are looking for, just get in touch.
Talk Bar
Our site is fully compliant for accessibility In addition we have a Talk Bar facility which will read text out loud for those users with visual impairment. At present this is limited to the news list section of our site. Just turn the Talk Bar on by clicking the icon at the top of the page and abstracts of news stories will be read. If you are interested in finding out more about this Talk Bar facility, please contact Mark Rasdall.
Any other problems?
You can use our online Contact Form to contact us, and IPA Members may login to access a live and interactive chat with one of us using Boldchat, during normal office hours.
