The planner’s remit is to efficiently and effectively support the Account Managers and Account Director in delivering excellent media product on the designated accounts.
The planner is the guardian of local markets, insight and manages communications between parties.
This role requires an Account Planner who is looking to stretch and grow quickly, someone who is looking for a challenge, with opportunity to develop quickly and be involved in a variety of projects and campaigns.
Excellent client portfolio which will provide you with excellent learning opportunities across multiple industries in multiple markets across Europe
You will need to work collaboratively with the client’s roster of agencies and digital specialists.
You will need to manage communication across markets and within the central team.
The role involves:
Account & Network Management
Managing communication between local and global account teams
Management of team status reports
Overseeing and interrogating local reporting to understand the status of local campaign performance
Insight & Planning
Responsible for audience & media insights, segmentation profiling & analysis
Monitoring & reporting of central media campaigns
Network & Client management
Management of client communication and deadlines
Development of bi-monthly newsletter for circulation to clients and agency teams
Updating OMD partner centre with media plans and competitive reports
Involvement in central strategy & planning with pivotal role of identification of audience and market insights
Work closely with OMD teams across multiple markets to assist with development of media plans & rationales
Coordination & reviewing of local market plans to get plans ‘client ready’
