Paul Burns spent 24 years at Saatchi & Saatchi. He joined as an Account Executive, was rapidly promoted to the Board and took on the additional role of Training Director and become their first Director of Knowledge Practices.
Paul’s Account Handling skills have been described as exemplary. An incredibly strong track record in running accounts across a wide variety of businesses, from the hugely successful bid and launch of the National Lottery to leading teams on large and complex financial brands and has also run countless blue chip FMCG brands.
In his role of Training Director and Director of Knowledge Practices, he created and led many innovative agency initiatives winning 5 IPA Training awards. Paul is also the author of the current IPA Foundation Certificate.
In 2009 he set up The Burns Unit tlc. A specialist Training and Development consultancy for advertising agencies, communication organisations and marketing departments.
