Lea Raudsepp - Training Consultant and Partner
Lea began Fibre in 2001 with a fresh philosophy; that understanding individuals and what motivates them is vital to offering training that works, grows business and improves performance. Heading project management, presentation skills and leadership, Fibre’s blue chip clients benefit from her empathetic approach and business acumen. Lea is on the faculty of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an approved trainer for the IPA.
Tracy Huntley - Training Consultant and Partner
Combining her chemistry degree with 15 years global marketing experience including Nestle, Pepsi and Citroen, Tracy’s analytical, strategic and business expertise plus passion for great communication & management, helps clients present, win business, negotiate, write effectively and think differently. Tracy is a Partner of Fibre and joined the company in 2003. She is a faculty member and lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an approved trainer for the IPA.
Michael Hobbs - Training Consultant and Voice Coach
Starting his career as an actor and presenter Michael has also written and produced for the BBC, Channel 4 and Five before winning the Evening Standard Scholarship and MBA in Leadership and Strategy from Henley Business School. Michael’s experience on stage and camera, combined with his academic research and management expertise, gives him a unique approach in developing skills in handling difficult situations, building relationships and increasing personal influence. Michael’s ability to bring a topic to life, engage and make workshops fun adds great value to the Fibre offer. Michael is a member of BAFTA and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Deborah Brasier-Creagh - Training Consultant
Head of Client Service at leading international agency Lintas working with Nestle, Lloyds, Unilever and Johnson and Jonhnson, then MD of a brand and packaging design start up Deborah now takes this experience and knowledge into her training, coaching and mentoring. From management skills and team building, to conflict management and negotiation, Deborah loves to engage her analytical skills, giving others the tools to solve or, better still avoid their own problems. Professional, experienced, calm and commercially savvy she is a great asset to the Fibre team.
Nigel Pearcy - Training Consultant
With over 20 years experience as MD & CEO for award winning Independent and Group European & Worldwide marketing services agencies, Nigel has led strategies and campaigns for Heinz, Black & Decker, Burger King, Mercedes-Benz, BP, Danone, BT Cellnet/O2, Wella & IBM. Now leading Business Acumen at Fibre, he believes in achieving commercial and profitable growth of companies and their staff; through good business planning and modeling, effective management, marketing and training to ensure delivery for all stakeholders.
Duncan Müller - Individual and Team Coach
With the expertise and passion to unlock potential, Duncan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) so qualified to coach individuals and teams. Team Coaching is new - It works on the entire team as a single ‘living’ system. It helps reveal the system to it self, generates new perspectives to then move into, and with that, creates high-performing teams. Duncan has trained at some of the world’s leading coaching schools, holds various creative and marketing qualifications and an MBA. He spent 20 years working in the creative and marketing industries before joining Fibre in 2014.
Sue Finnegan - Training Consultant and Press Relations Specialist
Sue spent over 20 years in corporate and agency PR before starting her own agency. In PR, timing and tone is key and Sue has mounted many tactical campaigns, commanding speed and creativity to guard reputations or secure column inches across the globe. At the core of Sue’s work is her love for the news; she reads it, listens to it, comments on it and watches it, but above all loves to share her knowledge of how to make it! Sue has harnessed this passion to help others deal with the press, develop and run effective events and analyse the success of their campaigns across all media channels.
