Ad School 2012 - Inspiring future talent

In a nutshell...

Bringing the brightest students to our industry through three programmes:
- Client Services and Planning
- Creative
- Search

What's in it for you…

The chance:

• To add an enthusiastic and ambitious set of students to your team
• To help bring bright new talent into our industry
• To say something 'big' about your agency to the student world and the industry as a whole
• Help raise the profile of the industry and the specialist sectors within it (the students will act as industry ambassadors upon their return to university)

The nitty gritty…

  • Client Services and Planning programme: A student will work at your agency for 8 weeks on briefs, projects & pitches (starting on 2nd July 2012)
  • Creative programme: A team of two (Art Director & Copywriter) to work at your agency for 8 weeks on briefs, projects & pitches (starting on 2nd July 2012)
  • Search programme: A student will work at your agency for 8 weeks (starting on 1st August 2012)
  • You will need to provide a dedicated mentor for the duration of the programme
  • A selection of agencies to run evening presentations during the programme, providing an opportunity to meet other participating students
    Where does the IPA come in…

    Manages all the administration for the Ad School. From promoting to students, through to organising the interviewing and placing successful applicants.
