Post Pitch Evaluation Forms

The forms below have been developed to help agencies get constructive feedback on how they performed during a pitch.

The format, endorsed by ISBA, MCCA and the PRCA has been designed to be relevant to all communications agencies with separate versions for media and creative agencies. We hope that clients will be encouraged to give agencies the feedback they need to help them improve for the future. The forms are not intended to replace a proper conversation between client and agency, but to kick start this conversation.
