IPA Agency Profile Administration

Member agencies can update their PROFILE page in two ways:

1. By requesting for a member of staff to be set up with PROFILE admin rights. Agency staff can then make changes directly onto the IPA website.

Once you are set up with admin rights, a button ‘Edit Agency Profile’ will appear at the top of your agency’s PROFILE page.

To be set up with admin rights, please send the IPA web team an email.

2. PROFILE changes can also be sent through on an ad-hoc basis to the IPA web team for updating. However, these changes are not instant, unlike changes made directly by the agency. If you have spotted any errors or omissions on your agency’s PROFILE page, please email us and we will make the amends directly.
