You’ll be responsible for planning and buying across all the core media (press, radio, outdoor, door drop and cinema). So, to succeed, you’ll need at least four years’ client facing experience, including the preparation of strategic and new business presentations, the management of Account Executives, invoicing and use of key systems like Medexplorer/TGI/Addynamix/Mediatel/Jet.

You’ll be the contact for media owners, undertaking negotiation, bookings, amends and confirmations. Job Purpose:- ● To ensure you and your team provide an excellent standard of Media Planning and Buying to your Client/s through superb organisational, planning and interpersonal skills, focusing on first class service delivery. ● To be a strong project manager; able to co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks accordingly within your team, in order to achieve excellent Client service at all times. ● To draw upon your extensive knowledge, experience and strategic ability to enable you and your team to review and identify the best media solutions. ● To be proactive in assessing and engaging in situations and opportunities with an aim to growing and developing Clients to the mutual benefit and project of the Client and JJ. ● To have a thorough understanding of your Clients’ objectives and to collaboratively work with your team (i.e. reports) and with internal departments to deliver first class media campaigns which are planned to achieve these. ● To positively contribute to your team and the Agency, through demonstrating passion, innovation and integrity in your work.
