11/08/2008ARCHIVED44 Club event, How to get to the top in advertising

IPA 44 Club presents How to get to the top in advertising – a talk by Robert Senior, UK CEO of SSF Group on Tuesday 9th September.

At the next 44 Club, Robert Senior, ‘the hottest name in adland’, will be giving the inside track on how to make it to the top of the industry, and to stay there!

Senior co-founded Fallon and is now UK Chief Executive Officer of SSF Group, uniting Fallon, Campaign’s agency of the year 2006 and 2007, and Saatchi & Saatchi, the ‘most famous advertising agency in the world’. He is, without question, one of adland’s star performers, making it to No.2 in Campaign’s top 10 CEOs. At the next 44 Club he will reveal some top tips on what he believes it takes to make it in our industry. This is an event not to be missed!

After studying History and Politics at Durham University, Robert Senior began his advertising career at BWBC & co. After not an illustrious start, he moved to DMB&B where he eventually headed up the P&G account before joining Simons Palmer as Client Services Director. Following the merger with TBWA, Robert was one of five Founding Partners of Fallon London which launched in October 1998.

Over the 10 years Fallon made a name for itself with the repositioning of Skoda, award winning work for the BBC, Sony and Cadbury among others. In August 2007, Robert was invited to form the SSF Group.
