Times are tight, agencies are lean and more than ever before, young people are given jobs that carry a lot of responsibility. Those individuals are often extremely able, but the lack of experience and the sense of constantly being thrown in at the deep end, with a mountain of work to get through can make them under confident and can result in their performing below their potential. This course is designed to help ‘our most valuable resources’ to be more on top of their work and to contribute in ways, their employers and their clients would like and to enjoy the experience.
