This workshop aims to help agencies further understand the increasing impact of CSR policies for clients, with innovative tips on how an agency can formulate and integrate a code of ethics and incorporate this into their agency communication.

Key factors to consider when compiling a CSR strategy
Tips on causes and concerns
Establishing a code of ethics

Looking at internal and external processes for awareness
Reviewing agencies that are doing it well
Critique of what the agencies could give back
