This workshop aims to help agencies further understand the increasing impact of CSR policies for clients, with innovative tips on how an agency can formulate and integrate a code of ethics and incorporate this into their agency communication. The half-day workshop covers: The ever-increasing scope of Corporate Social Responsibility Reviewing ethical movement of sectors and clients and the ramifications for agencies The emergence of ethical agencies Key factors to consider when compiling a CSR strategy Tips on causes and concerns Establishing a code of ethics Selling it in to all stakeholders Looking at internal and external processes for awareness Reviewing agencies that are doing it well Critique of what the agencies could give back
