Come along to hear leading industry experts offer their unique insights into the changing workplace and guidance on how to live through a recession.
Says Liz Nottingham, Chairman of IPA People Management Group, "The line-up of inspirational speakers will talk about the changing nature of work, the thinking and insights based on recent studies conducted by Cranfield University, the challenges presented by the Generation Y workforce and how best to motivate it. They will also provide some inside thinking on how best to manage in challenging times. If you want to stay one step ahead and keep up to date with current developments, this is a must for you."
Sarah Jackson, OBE, Chief Executive, Working Families, will provide an overview of ‘The changing nature of work’.
Dawn Sillett, Consultant, DSTC Training & Performance Coaching, will discuss ‘The changing talent pool of Generation Y’.
Sarah Myers, Director of Talent Management, BSkyB, will discuss 'Development and retention of talent when times are tough'
