How can we convince customers we're good value when we're more expensive than our closest rival? Can you come up with 10 great new product ranges for Tesco? How can we get the brand noticed when the budget is tiny? What's the best way to get people to do something about climate change? We're often challenged with questions like these and with a bit of information and some imagination, we have a stab at answering them. But, almost certainly, something will be missing - we'll only think of predictable answers, or things that have been tried before or we just won't generate enough really good ideas to choose from. To generate brilliant solutions to difficult problems, we need lots of lateral thinking. This course teaches you how to get that lateral thinking from a group of people and generate creative solutions to problems.
