CPD Event

The aim of the workshop is to develop an understanding of the process of negotiation as well as building awareness of the skills and ethics required. Limited to 12 delegates for maximum outtake, but appropriate for managers across all disciplines, especially those in Finance Departments. Participants will get hands-on practice, focusing on case study issues such as conflict resolution, use of power, negotiation, scope for agreement, deadlock, questioning/listening, relationship building and achieving win-win. Activity will be put on video and there will be a pre-course questionnaire.
