JOB TITLE: DIGITAL PRODUCER
The digital project manager will be working autonomously ensuring the production team is managed efficiently, resources are working to their best, and creative out put meets the high standards required for BBH. You’ll be working on key high-profile brands and seen as the local digital expert in the team.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS
• Engage with clients, account, planning and content team to ensure a full understanding and definition of client requirements, and ensuring that the project objectives are realistic and achievable within the timeframe and budget specified.
• Define the scope of the project identifying project deliverables, and producing a detailed plan encompassing project timings, milestones, delivery dates, budget and resource requirements.
• To co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the project and work closely with the other teams throughout the agency as appropriate.
• To successfully deliver the project using third party agency support, negotiating the best deals possible whilst maintaining the highest quality.
• Accurately assess, communicate and manage project risks and issues.
• Provide technical/digital input at early project stages, effectively communicating technical issues and solutions both internally and to the client.
• Organise, chair and steer project meetings with agency peers and client teams.
• Liaise with the client and account teams to ensure that any changing client needs are scoped into the project and if appropriate, new costs or timeframes are negotiated with the client.
• Own the overall solution and delivery schedule and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to quality.
BACKGROUND
• Experience of project management within a web development and agency environment.
• Experience in project delivery managing 3rd Party vendors / outsourcers.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under tight timescales and pressured environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• 3+ years running digital online media projects involving rich media and advanced functionality.
• Experience of resourcing, managing and optimising teams of developer and designers
• Ideal candidate will have come from hands on web production role such as web designer or developer.
