From Wacl, the industry club for senior women, recently voting to become a more proactive campaigning organisation on gender equality, to Grey rebranding as Valenstein and Fatt to commerate it’s Jewish founders; to the industry waking up to understanding and accepting neurodiversity, the industry is clearly now set in action mode and starting to walk the talk.
Week commencing 25th September is National Inclusion Week in the UK - an annual campaign run by Inclusive Employers to raise awareness of the importance of inclusion in the workplace and the business benefits to having a diverse and included workforce.
