Bringing shoppers into IKEA stores - an #IPASocialWorks case study

This case study describes how IKEA successfully demonstrated how it could draw shoppers into one of its stores via Facebook advertising with a mobile-based methodology used to measure the uplift in store visits among people exposed to the Facebook campaign.

It is part of the #IPASocialWorks initiative which brings together the IPA, The Marketing Society and MRS with sponsorship from Facebook and Twitter, to identify good practice in social media effectiveness and measurement.
