Unilever Fats Insights - a Social Works case

This case demonstrates how social listening techniques were used in conjunction with other sources of consumer insight to identify potential growth markets for Unilever's baking, cooking and spreads business.

It is published as part of the #IPASocialWorks project, a collaboration with the Market Research Society and the Marketing Society, to find examples of best practice in using social media channels as communication platforms, for insights, and to develop new products and services.
