Liz is Chief Operating Officer at Karmarama, leading the day-to-day operations across the group. Her previous experience spans modern digitally integrated marketing at Albion and Stack; advertising at Havas, TBWA and Lowe; and strategic brand consultancy at Brandhouse. Her client category experience includes FMCG, luxury goods, internet businesses, automotive and retail amongst others. Liz was recently made an IPA Fellow in recognition of her longstanding contribution; is a member of the IPA Council; Chair of the IPA’s strategic Commercial Leadership Group; former Chair of the IPA Client Relationship Group, and Ambassador for social enterprise PimpMyCause. Managing Partner, Marketing & New Business

Tracey has over 10 years experience in the industry both client and agency side. She graduated with a First Class BSc Hons degree in Business Management and Marketing. Tracey started her career in Account Management at One Voice Media and PR, followed by a stint client-side in the marketing department for IBM, which transitioned to Lenovo after selling the PC division. Tracey’s business development career started at the IPA, which continued in her next agency role at Meteorite where she led their Marketing and New Business efforts, before being sold to McCann WorldWide (now MRM Meteorite). In 2010, Tracey joined the globally acclaimed Customer Engagement agency, OgilvyOne (part of Ogilvy Group). Since joining she has risen to Managing Partner - Marketing and New Business, responsible for marketing and business development in the UK, as well as supporting the EAME region. During her time at the agency, OgilvyOne has been top of the New Business leagues and won Campaign Direct Agency of the Year for three consecutive years. As well as Tracey’s role on the IPA New Business Group, she is also a committee member of Bloom the advertising women’s network and has a passion for mentoring talent joining the industry. Tracey is a mum to her daughter, puppy and husband! She has a passion for watersports and cycling.

Anna became WAVEMAKER UK’s founding Managing Director in January 2018 after the agency was formed from the merger of GroupM agencies Maxus and MEC, having been MD of Maxus for three years prior. In her role as Managing Director, Anna’s vision is to make WAVEMAKER the best place to work in the UK, whilst also locally championing the agency’s global vision to become the most distinctive and admired media, content and technology agency in the world. During her time as MD of Maxus, Anna’s commitment to client leadership contributed to the company’s significant growth, with new business wins including British Airways, BT/EE, Perfetti van Mele, Huawei and the Royal National Institute of Blind People. Maxus grew 37% over two years to 2017, ahead of its merger with MEC. Her focus on people has been characteristic of her leadership, both at Maxus and now at Wavemaker. She is a passionate advocate of workplace diversity, and has built policies and internal culture which champions women, supports working parents and drives social mobility. She launched a highly celebrated apprenticeships scheme that has given permanent roles in her agencies to over 30 school leavers from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, she led Maxus to become the highest ranked agency of any marketing discipline in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies in 2017. Anna is considered an expert on workplace diversity as well as in effective leadership. She was a speaker at the IPA diversity summit the CBI’s diversity conference in 2017 and has lectured the Marketing Academy and BA’s Commercial Leadership team on Effective Leadership. She also comments frequently in the media with her views appearing in key industry press such as Campaign, The Drum and The Guardian. She is a member of the IPA’s Commercial Leadership Group, and an active member of WACL. Having worked in the media industry for over 20 years, her earlier career saw her launch and run GroupM’s Primus team across Northern Europe- a sub-agency of MEC dedicated to the Johnson and Johnson portfolio- leading a number of high-profile client accounts including Diageo, Lloyds Banking Group and L’Oréal. She graduated with a Marketing Degree from Lancaster University’s Business School. Anna lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and two sons, Freddie and Harry.

Appointed April 2017, Janet is responsible for the global expansion of Y&R’s production capabilities, and driving the agencies continued focus on commercial and operational innovation across its global network. Janet was previously Chief Commercial Officer of Grey EMEA until March 2017, leading the development of Grey’s Production business, GreyWorks now Town Productions, and the regeneration of Grey’s commercial modus operandi. Deputy Managing Director

Karen joined BBH after 14 years in Australia’s ad industry. She was Managing Director of Host Sydney where she ran the agency’s largest account, Bankwest, and won and ran Pizza Hut and Lion Beverages. Prior to Host, Karen worked at BMF (B&T’s Australian Agency of the Decade) as a key member of its Account Management team. In her time over there, she developed some of the most awarded work in the category. Karen joined BBH in April 2016 as Managing Partner and spent her first year leading the Tesco business, which experienced a stellar year under her stewardship including being named Campaign magazine’s ‘Brand Story of the Year’. In March 2017, Karen was promoted to Deputy Managing Director, sharing operational management tasks within the agency with Managing Director Adam Arnold. Marc Nohr is CEO of Fold7, one of the fastest growing creative agencies in London with clients including Hilton, Carlsberg, Audible and Samsung. Marc studied at Oxford and London Universities (and later on, London Business School). He started his professional career as a journalist before entering the agency world in account handling, then into creative and eventually became an MD. In 2001 he co-founded Kitcatt Nohr which went on to win 5 Agency of the Year titles, over 100 creative awards and was acquired by Publicis in 2011. Sara joined TBWA as CEO in October 2017, as part of a new management line up. She's one of few agency leaders to have begun her career as a Strategist, working on world renown brands such as British Airways and Baileys and winning APG awards for her thinking. Having spent several years at AMV and BBH, Sara joined Mother as a Strategy Director in 2007, running Boots No.7 and the agency's global Coca-Cola business including Diet Coke, Powerade and Oasis. After creating a 60 foot, Japanese, water-hating duck, and persuading several Olympians to appear in the nude, Sara decided a change was due. She became Mother’s first Head of Brand and New Business in 2011, before becoming the first woman appointed to Mother's board, and the first Managing Director the agency had appointed, in 2013. There he worked in a Media team and had the ITV Association as an early client. Since then he has spent twenty-five years as a corporate financier, initially as an M&A, ECM and IPO specialist at Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank, and more recently covering the Consumer Industries - with a specialist interest in the gambling sector - at Cazenove & Co., JPMorgan, and the eponymous Clasen+Co.
