Key responsibilities:

Account Management:
• Proactively support account team in ensuring regular day to day work is delivered.
• Media planning and buying, predominantly across digital, and responsible for campaign booking.
• Knowledge of current client campaigns across the OMD network, with a good understanding of status by market, being able to provide instantaneous campaign updates to senior management and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local market teams that work on client plans.
• Responsible for competitive monitoring and reporting, coordinating between markets and undertaking research and analysing data using special industry resources (i.e. TGI, Netbase).
• Manage budget tracker (MRE) and responsible for monthly compilation – requesting market updates, ensuring all markets are trained and timely and sharing with the client.
• Responsible for compiling internal status reports to be shared with senior management and discussed in a weekly team meeting.
• Attend all status calls, taking notes and circulating minutes and next steps to the team & client.
• Help to keep track of budgetary and financial information for all campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Support team in booking of media into finance system and management of any follow up finance queries.
• Responsible for keeping contact file updated with any changes to client or local account teams.
• Proactively shares market insights and account learnings across teams.
• Work with the account team to improve process working with global clients and local teams and ensure that all deliverables are provided and explained to global clients.


Learning & Development
• Attend regular training as requested or directed by line manager, reporting any learnings back to the team.
• Harness solid social and digital knowledge - seek out training and learning opportunities
• Develop understanding via usage of OMD planning, buying, ad-serving, research and finance tools and systems.
• Attend vendor meetings to represent the brand and voice our unique way of working.


Skills:
• Super organised individual who thrives under pressure.
• Collaborative and supportive in their work with both client and team & able to form strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Digital planning & buying experience advantageous, but not required.
• An eye for the details.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Passionate about media + creative + digital.
