We are looking for a Planning Director to join our planning team in what is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the best and most ambitious brands in the UK.
The Planning Director will be responsible for the quality of our planning in one of our planning groups and given the opportunity to do ground-breaking work for a range of forward thinking clients that genuinely want to make an impact on the industry.
They will also have a crucial role in helping to embed PHD’s new game changing planning framework, Source into the group and for inspiring and sparking off planners across the agency.
Reporting to PHD’s Head of Planning, this is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for somebody with the right skillset and attitude.
Desired Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with excellent planning skill who is enthusiastic and excited about media and communications planning and the great things it can do.
You will need to be positive and curious with a glass half full attitude and able to work very collaboratively with clients, colleagues, agency partners and media owners to produce the very best work possible.
A strong thinker with good clarity and strong communication skills – able to simplify the complex. A confident, relaxed presenter who makes people feel at ease. Somebody that people love working with and sparking off.
The successful candidate will be able to see the bigger picture and take a step back from the day to day while at the same time be highly knowledgeable about media and able to get obsessive over the detail where necessary.
