You will be expected to offer support on accounts by carrying out various administrative duties and will report directly in to Account Directors and/or Managers. You will regularly liaise with media owners, although client contact will initially be limited. You will also work collaboratively with our client teams and other specialist divisions within the Group. You will have 0 – 18 months’ experience.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Publisher Team
Delivering excellence in the planning and buying of digital and print media for clients
Producing best in market implementational planning and pricing
Seamless delivery of campaign planning and buying and integration of systems
Media planning and buying across all publishing display media such as Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, Devices (iPad), Gaming and print across newpapers and magazines
Establishing and maintaining effective media owner relationships
Developing a strong understanding of both on and offline media landscapes
Delivering excellent pricing through strong negotiation and centralized buying
Monitoring of client budgets and objectives through planning, reporting and optimisation and reconciliation
Working with PHD client teams to develop plans which deliver optimum value and creativity
Working closely with Ad Operations to ensure the timely and efficient set up and delivery of campaigns
Timely management of financial queries
What you’ll bring to the role

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
