30 delegates pass IPA Foundation Certificate in Malaysia

4As President Dato’ Johnny Mun presented the certificates to the executives at the award certification ceremony held in Eastin Hotel today. Of the 34 delegates who sat for the exam, three passed with distinction, 14 with credit, and 13 with a pass grade.
“It took advertising industry veterans years to master the skills and work processes that can now be achieved in an intensive programme like the IPA Foundation Certificate,” notes Mun. “Our young practitioners who undergo this programme can shave years off and be equipped with skill sets to function resourcefully.”
The 30 executives join alumni of 13,500 practitioners in over 60 countries who have achieved the IPA Foundation Certificate qualification.

Burns also thanked the 4As Malaysia for the vision and drive to blaze a trail in Asia, in setting the standard with such a commitment to industry best practice and professionalism.
The award-winning IPA Foundation Certificate qualification targets practitioners with three or less years of industry experience with the aim of fast-tracking their career paths by providing a holistic view of the industry. It is conducted in association with the 4As Malaysia.
