The IPA - who will be sponsoring the Campaign party at Cannes on 19th June - is hosting two key events this year which will provide insight and inspiration to those attending and those who have been left behind.
On the 20th June 2013, Ian Priest, IPA President and Founding Partner of VCCP and International Managing Director of Chime will be launching the programme for his ADAPT agenda during a client-agency panel session.
The debate will focus on the core issues around how the industry can adapt to explore new areas of best practice to achieve greater commercial creativity in an ever evolving advertising industry.
The IPA Cannes breakfast session will be chaired by Priest at Le Rooftop, Cannes and will run between 9-11am. Profero’s Dale Gall and CHI’s Johnny Hornby will sit alongside Coca-Cola’s Jonathan Mildenhall and Google’s Steve Vranakis on the panel. Mildenhall and Vranakis are members of the President’s recently created ‘Client Council’, which is made up of influential, forward thinking clients who will work with Priest and the IPA across the ADAPT programme.
This is an invitation only event, however, if you are particularly keen to attend, please contact Amy on 0207 201 8217.
Furthermore, the IPA’s renowned 44 Club is, once again, teaming up with Contagious to bring you Cannes Contenders. The London-based event will take place on the 18th June 2013 and is part of the Camp Cannt Festival.
The presentation is now a globally-recognised, must-see source of inspiration and insight for brands and agencies.
Covering the most exciting and relevant categories including Film, Cyber, Integrated, PR and of course the much-coveted Titanium, the Contagious editorial team will showcase the top 20 campaigns from the past twelve months as well as making their predictions for the winners of the 2013 Cannes Lions.
