Claudia Winkleman to host glittering IPA Effectiveness Awards
Claudia will be handing out the coveted Awards at the black-tie gala ceremony at the Hilton Bankside on Wednesday 2nd November. Book your tickets here and we’ll see you on the dance floor.
The Awards are widely regarded as the most rigorous effectiveness competition in the world with entrants having to prove beyond reasonable doubt that their marketing communications campaign paid back. This year, the ceremony takes place during Effectiveness Week (31 Oct – 4 Nov), an industry-wide, not-for-profit initiative, which will deliver over 50 unrivalled thought-leadership sessions on marketing accountability, effectiveness and capability. More information and tickets can be found here.

Claudia Winkleman’s biography:
Claudia Winkleman is an award winning and BAFTA nominated presenter who is one of the most in-demand television hosts today. Combining mainstream appeal with her own brand of wit, she is the perfect host for any event, from large scale awards to more boutique affairs.
Claudia presents BBC shows Strictly Come Dancing, the BBC Film show and The Great British Sewing Bee. She has recently taken over as the voice of Sunday nights on BBC Radio 2. She also writes a new weekly style column for The Sunday Times, having previously written for The Independent and The Evening Standard.
Despite being half woman, half fringe, Claudia has successfully managed to claim ownership of two of the BBC’s flagship arts programmes by the clever means of attaching ‘with Claudia Winkleman’ to their titles, resulting in BBC Radio 2’s The Arts Show with Claudia Winkleman which she hosted for six years until earlier this year and BBC1’s Film 2016 with Claudia Winkleman and Danny Leigh.
