De la Fosse and Walters head up IPA Best of Health judges

Emma de la Fosse, Chief Creative Officer at OgilvyOne, has been appointed as Chairman of Judges for the 2015 IPA Best of Health Show, recognised globally as one of the most coveted healthcare advertising awards. She will be joined by Convenor of Judges and original co-founder, Frank Walters, Executive Creative Director & Chairman, Frontera Group London.

The awards remain true to their guiding principle and are unique in being the only programme where work from around the world is judged by leading UK practitioners. Categories cover print, film, DM and digital, as well as multi-channel campaigns. As the IPA Best of Health Show enters its third decade, it looks to engage a new generation of creative talent in healthcare agencies. The Pip Award calls for responses to a live brief and can be entered by those aged under thirty.

The judging panel of leading industry experts includes:

  • Justin Earl, Creative Director, Seven Stones
  • Federico Garcia Arias, Creative Director, Frontera Group London
  • Marc Greener, Associate Creative Director, Saatchi & Saatchi Health
  • Adrian Parr, European Executive Creative Director, McCann Health
  • Richard Rayment, Creative Director UK, inVentiv Health Communications
  • Neil Rogers, Creative Director, Publicis Life Brands
  • Vicki Shanahan, Creative Director, Havas Life Mediacom
  • Lee Williams, Executive Creative Director, Sudler & Hennessey London
  • Martin Hafley, Creative Director, DDB Remedy
  • Guest judge - Martin Percey, Interactive Film Director, Unit 9

Says Frank Walters 2015 Convenor of Judges, “As one of the original founders of the Best of Health show all those years ago, I am both delighted and honoured to be convenor in this 20th celebration year. Our original mission was to raise the standards of creative excellence by pushing the boundaries of convention. The world has clearly changed from brands being advertised on a page to brands forming social relationships. But the one thing that remains the same is creative courage and conviction. 20 years ago the creatives were brave within the World they knew, today fortune will continue to only favour the brave. It is therefore imperative that we continue to invest in talent and it is for this reason I’m also very excited about the PIP awards, a new way of recognising and showcasing young talent in our industry today”.

The 2015 IPA Best of Health Awards Scheme, is open for entries until 7th September 2015, via the online entry system.

Further details about the 2015 Ceremony will be announced shortly. Find more information about the awards here.
