At its council meeting today (17th March 2005), the IPA elected eight new member agencies.

This takes the total number of agencies in IPA membership to 238.

Agency Republic Ltd
Agency Republic Ltd is a digital advertising agency established in 2001.  The agency is based in London, and employs 48 full time staff.  Martin Brooks is the CEO and Jane McNeill is MD.  Their clients include: O2, Dunlop, Blockbuster, Diageo and BBC.

Electric Advertising Ltd
Electric is an advertising agency, based in London. Electric was established in September 2002 and now employs 21 full time staff.  The Managing Director is Laurence Percival, with Quentin Boyes of sister agency Liquorice the other principal. Board Account Directors are Cici Ighani, Morgan Seamark and Susie Dean. Key clients include: Barratt Homes, Canterbury of New Zealand apparel, Ssangyong cars, Ascot (insurance), and Berkeley Homes.

Farm Communications Ltd
Farm Communications are an advertising agency based in London and established in 1999.  Rob Smith is the Managing Director, Paul Jeffrey is the Planning Director, Owen Lee & Gary Robinson are the Creative Directors, and Mike McLauchlan is the Finance Director.  They employ 29 full time staff.  Clients include: Daimler-Chrysler (smart UK), smile.co.uk, Quorn, Paramount, IPC and Thomas Cook.

Isobel Advertising Ltd
Isobel is an advertising agency, established in 2003.  They are based in London.  Paul Houlding is Managing Director, Steve Hastings is the Planning Director, and Rob Fletcher and David Alexander are Creative Directors.  They have 11 full time employees.  Their clients include: npower, Milk link, Capcom and Responsible Travel.

Media Reach Advertising Ltd
Media Reach Advertising is a leading ethnic advertising agency based in London. Saad Saraf is the Managing Director.  They employ 19 full time staff and their clients include: Learndirect, Army, Rank Hovis, COI, West Bromwich Building Society, NHS, Tilda.

Mike Colling & Company Ltd
Mike Colling & Company are a direct marketing and direct response media agency based in London. Mike Colling is the Managing Director, Paul Cox and Spencer Stratford are his Co-Directors. John Watson is the Chairman and Sheila Bennett is the Finance Director.  They employ 18 full time staff.  Their clients include: FilmFour channel, Channel4, RSPCA, Time Life, Friends of the Earth, and the Sector Skills Development Agency.

Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare London
Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare London is part of the Publicis Healthcare Communica-tions Group, which is now the largest global communications group in healthcare. Established at Charlotte Street, London in 2003, their clients include many of the leading worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturers including AstraZeneca, Pfizer, sanofi-aventis, Novo Nordisk, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Lundbeck.

Total Media Ltd
Total Media are a media independent agency based in London.  Mike Sell is the CEO, Guy Sellers and Nigel Potter are the Joint Managing Directors.  They employ 33 full time staff. Their clients include: Penguin Books, Renault Retail Group, Stena Line, Tate Galleries and Paradise Poker.
