IPA elects six new members – June 2014

At the IPA’s quarterly council meeting yesterday (Thursday 26th June) six agencies were elected into membership: 360i London, Creature of London, Lexis, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, Somethin’ Else, and The Black Arts Company. This brings the total number of agencies in IPA membership to 302.

360i London

360i London was established in 2005 and includes the two agency brands: 360i London and STEAK. 360i is a full service digital marketing agency and STEAK is a performance media specialist. Clients include Carphone Warehouse, Post Office, and Enterprise rent-a-car.

Says Rob Connolly, CEO, 360i London & STEAK: “Being a member of the IPA is a vital part of doing business in the UK. The support and accreditation the IPA gives helps us achieve our business goals. Being a member is essential if we are to attract the right clients and talent.”

Creature of London

Established in 2011, Creature of London is a creative agency based in London. Its clients include Carling, Jordans & Ryvita and Tetley.

Saatchi & Saatchi Health

Founded in 2003, Saatchi & Saatchi Health is a creative healthcare agency whose clients include Allergan, Nestle and Pfizer.

Says Raakhee Thompson, General Manager, Saatchi & Saatchi Health: “Having been a member of the IPA previously, we experienced the benefits of membership in terms of training, support, kudos and internal/external perception. The promise of training has been a real source of excitement and anticipation for the team, and they all see the opportunities presented by the skills and learning that the IPA courses offer.”

Somethin’ Else

Founded in 1991, Somethin’ Else is a content agency. Its clients include BBC, Red Bull and Virgin.

Says Steve Ackerman, Managing Director, Somethin’ Else: “We’re delighted to become members of the IPA. With content becoming a central part of the marketing equation, we’re keen to become involved with the IPA to benefit from its experience as well as contribute to the dialogue around content for the advertising industry.”

Lexis

Established in 1992, Lexis is a creative agency that specialises in consumer and corporate PR, social media, sustainability consulting, content seeding, sports marketing and experiential. Lexis’ clients include Costa Coffee, Coca-Cola and Harley-Davidson.

Says Dominic Shales, Managing Director, Lexis: “IPA membership will provide Lexis with access to a breadth of resources that we will use to refresh and bolster how we deliver as an agency. We believe IPA groups and committees will provide us with different ways of learning and offer opportunities to share views with other industry experts in turn.”

The Black Arts Company

Founded in 2010, The Black Arts Company is a creative agency focusing on brand development, advertising and promotion as well as digital, event and visual media production. Their clients include Hoover, male cancer awareness charity One for the Boys and Meantime Brewing Company.

Says Allison Bradley, Managing Director, The Black Arts Company: “We believe we will benefit greatly from being a member of the IPA.  Not only because of the fantastic range of services available to members, but also from a training and business development perspective. The support of the IPA will help allow us to grow and develop.”
