IPA elects six new members – March 2015

At the IPA’s quarterly council meeting yesterday (19th March 2015) six agencies were elected into membership: Chalk Social, Chapter Agency, Navigate Digital, ONE TWO FOUR, Sunshine Partners and The Corner Communications. This brings the total number of agencies in IPA membership to 303.

Chalk Social

Founded in 2013, Chalk Social is a global digital agency based in London who offer social, display, video, search and creative services across all devices, from mobile to digital out-of-home. Its clients include Universal Music, Warehouse and Lighter Life.

Says Davina Dunlea, CEO, Chalk Social, “It is our intrinsic passion to achieve and maintain exceptional standards that has driven us to join the IPA. For us to really ensure we are cutting edge, each and every "Chalkie" needs access to industry benchmarks and insight, alongside professional mentoring and development. Whilst we already instil training each week on new tech partners, optimisation techniques and industry trends, it's integral to the growth of the agency that we standardise our development with the knowledge and established presence of the IPA.”

Founded in 2009, Chapter is a creative agency based in the Midlands. Its clients include Nissan, Virgin Trains and Halfords.

Says Ricky Neault, Director, Chapter, “After almost six very successful years, we believe the time is now right for us to become IPA members. Membership is an endorsement of how much we all really care here about doing things to the highest possible standards. It will also add another dimension to our agency model which is built on closeness and understanding - of both our clients and each other. So because of this, we will particularly be looking at people development, research and insight support as well as legal advice as part of our IPA membership to deepen and strengthen our point of difference. This is a very proud moment for us all and a significant milestone in the history of the agency.”

Navigate digital

Founded in 2007, Navigate Digital is a digital media agency based in London that specialises in affiliate marketing, paid search, media planning and buying, social media and brand activation. Its clients include Monarch, Lakeland and Park Resorts.

Says John Kimbell, Managing Partner, Navigate Digital, “We believe that gaining IPA accreditation and subsequent access to the plethora of resources available to member agencies, will help elevate our position in the market, but most importantly with those people at the core of what we do: our employees and clients.”

ONE TWO FOUR is a branded content agency based in London who specialise in content strategy, digital experience, content production and events. Its clients include Audi and the Volkswagen Group, Vodafone and Levi’s.

Says Mark Hawkins, Chief Executive, ONE TWO FOUR “The IPA are such an ideal partner to help propel us on our journey. There is so much that the IPA has to offer; we want to embed the principles and practices of the IPA into our culture; we want to attain the same standards, hold the shared values and maintain the industry best practices. We know that being a member of the IPA will boost our business, give our clients confidence, develop our talent and ultimately help demonstrate our value and commitment to the industry.”

Sunshine Partners

Founded in 2011, Sunshine Partners is a creative agency based in London. Its clients include Baileys, Boden and Warehouse.

Says Gideon Simeloff, Chief Operations Officer, Sunshine Partners, “We want to become a member of the IPA to be in the company of the greatest minds in communication from the staff at the IPA, to the directors, fellows and members. As Sunshine continues to grow, the IPA provides much needed tools and resources that we currently can’t support in-house, especially training. Becoming a member of the IPA will lead our business to be taken seriously as an innovative and successful creative agency and to demonstrate the company's professionalism, financial stability and commitment to training.”

The Corner Communications

Founded in 2012, The Corner Communications is a creative agency based in London. Its clients include adidas, CAT and Flybe.

Says Neil Simpson, Founding Partner, The Corner, “We think that the latest generation of creative agencies, of which The Corner is one of the most prominent, should play their part in shaping our industry, and help prepare it for the next period of evolution. The best way to do that is join the IPA.”
