IPA to Cannes-vass client/agency opinion

The IPA will be attending this year’s Cannes Lion Festival where it will canvass client and agency views on the future of the industry.


Throughout the Festival the IPA will have feet on the ground, including Director General, Paul Bainsfair, Director of Communications, Tessa Gooding, Head of Export, Michael Burns and Senior Events Manager Helen Goddard, to discuss partnerships and developments.

The Next 10 Years for Consumer Engagement
The IPA and the 4A’s are joining forces to host an event where the IPA will preview the Future of Marketing and Agencies report created in partnership with the Future Foundation and Ad Week Europe, entitled The Next 10 Years for Consumer Engagement from 12.45-3pm on Thursday 25th June.The report looks at what a successful agency look like in ten years’ time, what will brands need to create real impact and how will consumer behaviour change, as technology has an even greater impact on all our lives. The 4A’s will also be presenting their report on Agency 2020 – the value of agencies as idea creators. Find more information about the event here.

IPA Best of Health Awards 2015 promotion
The IPA will be promoting the recently launched 2015 IPA Best of Health show during Lions Health on 19th and 20th June. The publicity will draw attention to the new Pip Award, a category which aims to showcase and engage with young talent in the healthcare advertising industry.

Diversity Summit
IPA President Tom Knox is the keynote speaker and will explain how diversity is a major part of his agenda as IPA President and the steps the IPA will be taking in the future.
