AdaptLab 2 – Agile Media

This AdaptLab will put the world of programmatic trading in the spotlight. Led by Paul Mead, Founder & MD, VCCP Media the session will look at how the media world is moving rapidly from set piece planning and buying to real time trading and optimisation.  We will hear the perspective of the key players in this new space – from the technology platforms to the trading desks – on how ‘programmatic’ trading will have a fundamental impact on the future of advertising. Participants will come away with a greater understanding of the future of real-time media and how can we become more agile to prepare for it.

AdaptLab 3 - Agile Creative

This AdaptLab will first debate with our senior panel of client and media and creative agencies how we structure, budget, organise and release control for brand rather than product conversations, and create real time response. Then we will present three points of view on working with trusted production partners to get the best results. Finally participants will then break into groups to workshop planning, listening and creating real time agility.
