Who we are

The team is led by Research Directors Lynne Robinson and Belinda Beeftink, Media Research Client Services Manager Rebecca Watson and Media Research Senior Executive Suzanne Livingstone.

How we can help

The IPA represents agencies' interests on all the key industry media research contracts which produce the industry trading currencies.

In addition to this, the department is responsible for the IPA Touchpoints Initiative, which is the first industry available consumer-centric study of how people use media and how this fits into their daily lives.
