A grade 1 listed building situated in one of the Capital's historic
squares, the IPA headquarters provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable
meeting or event right in the heart of London.
Our unique and
flexible spaces can be easily adapted to cater for a variety of occasions, from
meetings, conferences and seminars to seated lunches, dinners, receptions and
cocktail parties.
Dating back to the 1820s,
the aristocratic roots of the building are clearly retained in its architecture
and classic design, which will ensure that your occasion delivers impact from the moment
your guests arrive. From the commanding exterior to the traditional grand
staircase, high ceilings, original fireplaces, full length windows and original
decorative motifs, the ambience is one of elegant sophistication.
While maintaining
its traditional features, 44 Belgrave Square includes all the modern requirements needed for a successful event,
including air conditioning, Wifi, a fully integrated AV system with conference
calling facilities, and plasma screens with Freeview television and an exterior glass lift. We can accommodate any catering requirements
and will create a bespoke arrangement according to your needs to ensure that
every aspect will impress.
Our location in Belgrave Square is very
central, with Hyde Park Corner, Victoria and Knightsbridge tube stations all
within easy walking distance. Taxis are very easy to hire within the Square.
IPA members are
entitled to a generous discounted rate, which includes VAT, AV equipment and
on-site support.
