Troy Warfield is the Chief Commercial Officer of Avis Budget Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa. This role is part of the EMEA Board and he is responsible for the sales, marketing, ecommerce and licensee operations for the organization, driving both the Avis and Budget brands across the region.
Prior to joining Avis Budget, he was Vice President, Family Care, Europe for Kimberly-Clark where he was responsible for the P&L delivery and for developing the strategy, communication and innovation plans across the portfolio.
Previously, Troy held several roles in Unilever, across the UK and Australia at board level in marketing, sales and general management. Troy’s key career highlights have included helping Unilever be the brand and category leader of household names such as Omo, Drive, Surf, Softly, Comfort (Australia), and Sure, Impulse, Dove and Vaseline (UK); his leadership of the customer development function in the UK and Australasia; his integration of the four Unilever businesses into one operating entity in Australia, and helping to shape the global category agenda.
Troy also champions future leaders through involvement with the Marketing Academy.
