Training and user guides
Bespoke training sessions are available for TouchPoints subscribers only.
We can tailor your training to reflect what you are currently working on for your clients.
We can also jointly run sessions with the software bureaux to give a combination of background, methodology and use of the data alongside practical exercises using the software. This will give you an all round introduction to TouchPoints, offering both theory and practice. If you have training facilities on site, then we can come to you, otherwise we will run the sessions at the bureaux offices so you get hands on training.
Subscribers can also access resources from the "how it is being used"
webpage and ask for training with their software bureaux directly. The emphasis of this training is to ensure that TouchPoints users know how to access the data and run the analysis they need. Please contact your bureau for information about software training on TouchPoints.
