Enter now
The deadline for entry has now been extended to Wednesday 6th February. Entrants need to download, fill in and then submit the Women of Tomorrow entry form with a 500 word summary on how the individual:
- demonstrates leadership potential
- fulfils their role
- any other significant achievements
All entries need to be signed by the nominee and by senior management of the entrant company and agree to the conditions of entry. When the entry form is ready for
submission upload it alongside the entry fee of £100+VAT for members and non-members.
Eligibility
Women of Tomorrow should come from the middle echelons of management. Individuals should already be demonstrating leadership qualities. It is unlikely they will already be board level (although exceptions would be made for smaller companies); equally they will be significantly more experienced than graduate level. Where an individual’s role encompasses more than one of the above job functions the individual should be entered into the category where they spend the majority of their time.
Judging
Shortlisted entries will be interviewed by leading ‘Women of Today’ (as chosen by Campaign), alongside a representative from Campaign and from the IPA. All interviews will take place at the IPA on Tuesday 12th February – candidates will need to be available on this date, and will be notified the week before of an approximate time.
Winners
All winners will be announced at a breakfast ceremony event at the IPA on Wednesday 6th March, the details of which will be published in Campaign to coincide with International Women’s Day on 8th March.
