Senior Account Manager

Job description

We're seeking a first-class Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team and execute fully integrated campaigns for global B2B clients. Ideally you should have a minimum of one year's experience at this level, preferably in engineering, technology, or related sectors.

We're looking for an elite problem solver and strategically minded account manager who is curious and deeply self-motivated to grow accounts and deliver excellent value to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business of various clients in different European and North American countries. This involves coordinating and briefing internal and external teams in strategy, research, project management, and creative, to deliver integrated advertising and content marketing campaigns. The SAM continuously solves problems, collaborating with key agency functions (research and planning, senior management, account handling, studio), and external suppliers to maintain consistently high-quality work, strengthen client relationships, and achieve desired project results.

This role entails experience in briefing, creating, approving, and producing a wide range of marketing and communications plans and outputs. This includes advertising and digital advertising, video and animations, websites, thought leadership content, social media, brand guidelines, webinars, podcasts, SEO, presentations, and sales support materials.

Responsibilities include developing agency relationships and account plans, assisting the SAD in understanding clients' businesses, and reporting to the SAD. You will be accountable for project managing staff within your teams and potentially line managing (AMs, AEs), ensuring their performance and providing professional development opportunities.


Minimum criteria:
- Must be educated to degree level
- 2-5 years strategic B2B marketing and communications consultancy experience for international clients in engineering, manufacturing, and technology
- Successful track record in pitching for and winning new client business in a B2B environment
- Line management experience (preferable)
